What we do
27/07/06: Community Buildings Project
The Community Buildings Project works with community and tenants' halls to offer free activity classes. All of them offer a health benefit and classes vary from sports, art, craft or yoga to educational subjects and ESOL.
27/07/06: Employment Outreach Project
27/07/06: Fitness Project
Keep Fit in Camden Central is a new and innovative project. It aims to improve the overall health of the adult population of Camden Central through encouraging greater use of local fitness opportunities that currently exist. The project has been funded for one year from the Councils Healthier Communities fund.
22/02/05: King's Cross Railway Lands Development Project
This project is, as are all the projects, steered by a steering group consisting of local residents, which meets every six weeks.
27/07/06: RAISE Refugee Project
This project will enable local recruits to work as General Practitioners (GPs) in Camden. The objectives of this project match the aim of Camden Central Partnership to create training opportunities for local people that will lead to paid employment.
23/03/06: Some CCCU Health Projects will continue...
From April 2006, CCCU will continue to support and advice on key issues through a range of projects such as 'Medical Receptionists Course', 'Domestic Violence', 'Stay Alive', 'Refugee and Overseas Doctors' Projects and many more.

24/02/05: Youth Initiatives Project
Youth Initiatives works with young people aged 8-19 living in Camden Central. We have something to get involved in every day of the week.
The activities are local, chosen by young people and through them you can enjoy life in your community and feel like there are plenty of fun, exciting and interesting opportunities available.
