If you have experienced, witnessed or know of a hate crime incident and you would like to report it, you can do so by clicking here or call our helpline on 020 7704 2040. We can report information to the Police on your behalf; your details will be completely confidential and, if you wish, you can remain anonymous.

A 24 hour answerphone service is available and we will respond to messages.  Our helpline is also text message enabled 24 hours a day although we can only respond to messages during the opening hours stated.

We welcome calls using the RNID/BT TypeTalk service.  If you are a textphone user and want to call Galop you should always put 18001 before dialing our number. This will make sure a TypeTalk Operator is brought onto the line.
