Launched a new project called CHART, run by the HCCT with funding from the Health and Social Care Volunteering Fund.

CHART stands for Community Health Action Resource Team, We work across Camden to promote use of and involvement in health and wellbeing services by members of Black and Ethnic Minority communities. All services offered are free to eligible service users.

CHART offers support, by providing information about healthy lifestyles, building motivation and creating new services and activities that are relevant to you and your way of life.
