We are a homelessness prevention and support charity helping homeless families and children living in temporary accommodation and reception centres in North and East London.

We run a drop-in centre where homeless families can come and gain access to services, make friends and share concerns. Activities run at the centre include:Playgroup, Keep Fit and Healthy Cooking sessions, creche services, health and education access work, clothing/household item pick-up facilities.

Additionally we offer advice sessions at our office on issues such as housing and welfare benefits. In order that our services are accesible we carry out door-to-door outreach, wherever possible employing staff who speak the language of users, and our publicity materials are translated into 13 community languages.
