About Us Who We Are
The West End is the heart of our capital city and for many years the various Amenity Societies have worked to represent its residents and local businesses on issues concerning crime, planning, licensing, the environment, the built heritage, education and housing.

London’s West End is many things to many people and its residential communities and local businesses play a key role in maintaining the environmental quality of the area and our quality of life.

The West End Network brings together the long-standing Amenity Societies  which represent residents and local businesses in the West End to work together on subjects of common interest.

We act as the voice of the West End on topics which cover the whole area in discussions with the two local authorities which cover the West End (the City of Westminster and the London Borough of Camden), The Mayors Office, TfL, the Government Office for London and other organisations with a stake in the heart of London. ? Our Objectives
1.    To share experience and expertise knowledge? on topics of interest to all Amenity Societies in the area
2.    To act as  the Guardians of the West End, putting the concerns and views of residents and local businesses in the area forward to Local and Central Government bodies and acting as a consultative body on topics of mutual concern.
3.    To reflect the interests and expertise of our unique constituency comprising the urban villages which make up London’s West End in order to bring about improvements which are in the interests of residents, workers and visitors to our city centre.
4.    To be involved in issues which are of interest across the West End.  Where issues are restricted to a specific area then the Amenity Society or Societies which cover that area are best placed to deal with them.
5.    Promoting Civic Social Responsibility, Quality of Life and the Preservation of our best Architectural Heritage.
